Juan Manuel Pargada has a career of over 20 years in law offices of national and international first level, having led the mercantile business practice in the Garrigues office in Zaragoza (Spain) for 16 years
He has conducted and successfully completed numerous corporate transactions, working for both domestic and foreign customers (USA, UK, India, Italy, Germany, Mexico, etc.), and indifferently in Spanish and English
Among these transactions, are included acquisitions and sales of companies (both SMEs and large companies), creation of joint ventures, investments and desinvestments of industrial and/or financial partners, operations with private equity, venture capital or business angels, advising entrepreneurs, MBOs, etc ..
He has been a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences in various forums, and primarily related to issues of companies concentrations, internationalization, and other contractual and corporate theme
