• Analysis, together with the customer, of the needs and goals raised by the company in relation to its internationalization, looking for the optimal legal form for the same.
The modalities of internationalization can range from mere export to own implantation abroad (subsidiaries or branches) and also including other legal figures such as agency, distribution or mediation agreements, incorporation of franchises, the incorporation of corporate joint ventures, subscription of manufacturing and/or trade alliances, the transfer, assignment or licensing of patents, technology, know-how, etc ..
• Drafting of the necessary documentation, and, where appropriate (if potential partner/s exist), participation in the negotiations necessary for achieving the internationalization alternative chosen
• The company´s internationalization implies its assumption of certain economic and legal risks. We instrument the legal mechanisms (contracts and other) necessary to avoid or minimize their impact.
